A new Canadian fragrance house adds personality to the niche perfume scene. Monsillage is the brand name behind an exclusive collection of perfumes inspired by the life and travels of perfumer Isabelle Michaud. Graduate of the ISIPCA school of perfumery in Versailles, France, where she acquired her “savoir-faire”, Isabelle then spent two years developing her unique concept before officially launching in December 2009. Each creation is stamped with the special moment in time that sparked the perfume’s DNA. The collection comprises 4 fragrances: Eau Fraîche, Dupont Circle, Aviation Club and Ipanema Posto Nove. Working from a bijou lab, Isabelle personally overseas every step of the perfume-creation process, to ensure the distinctiveness of the Monsillage identity. Premium quality ingredients are sourced from the best suppliers in the world.
