Ondine lamp
The TIE-WRAPPED COLLECTION brings together different lamp models with glowing fluid organic shapes, that filter soft ambient light and project shades on the environment. At first glance, you will be charmed by the beauty of their forms and colors, only next to discover the curious nature of the materials that compose them: plastic zip ties! These are altered from their initialy intended function and lose their identity through seductive and surprising new objects. “We like the idea of bringing a new aesthetic and poetic level to these pre-machined elements commonly found in hardware store, it gives our lamps a quirky and playful side.” These lamps are available in several declinations of forms, colors and dimensions. Versatile, they can be installed in different areas and at different heights, hanging low above a dining table, as accent lighting in the corner of a room, on a table or high as a ceiling lamp. Bipède also offers custom services, with the possibility of creating unique pieces on special order.
